Service Technician

ZENO is seeking a Kyocera certified technician with experience networking and repairing Kyocera Multifunctional printers, copiers, and scanners. The Technician will interact with customers helping them with their technical equipment issues. Responsibilities include pre and post sales, technical support, and break/fix situations. Previous technical experience in the office automation industry is required. Applicant must pass a drug screening, a background check, and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history. CCNA/MCSE/A+/Net+ Certifications are preferred.

Account Executive

ZENO is seeking an Account Executive with solid business-to-business office technology sales experience and a proven track record of success. The Account Executive will work in an assigned territory selling business technology hardware and software solutions (copiers, printers, multifunctional printers, and document management software) to businesses in their assigned territory in the West Texas area. Responsibilities include telemarketing, cold calling, face-to-face prospecting for new customers. Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required.  Applicant must pass a drug screening, a background check, and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
