Dale is the proud team leader of the ZENO family. He has called West Texas home since his family moved here in 1963. Dale started in the document solution industry in the late 1970s as a sales representative. He has seen the industry change to meet the needs and demands of businesses as technology progresses. He said, “I enjoy knowing our ZENO customers receive state-of-the-art technology while increasing their profits.”

Dale and his wife, D’Nese (ZENO’s event coordinator), have been married since 1981. They have three married children (Kendi, Jamey, and Brantly) and numerous precious grandchildren.

Dale’s family has a history of military service – his father served on the USS South Dakota during WWII, and Dale and D’Nese’s son Jamey served in the Army in Iraq while son Brantly served in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Dale enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and relaxing at the lake. Dale and D’Nese are involved in church and minister to the widows and widowers.

• International Business Printers Industry (IBPI), a national office equipment dealer organization
• Select Dealer Group, a peer-to-peer organization with some of the top dealers in the technology industry

Brantly loves the office technology industry, not only because of its competitive nature but also because of the opportunity to meet new people and form lifelong relationships with his customers. He and his team have a high level of focus on customer service. Brantly has been around ZENO for most of his life and has a vested interest in not only the customers but also in fellow employees. He loves being a part of the ZENO family and, in his words, “working at a place where there is a strong sense of company culture and core values.”

Prior to coming to ZENO in 2013, Brantly served as an operations specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard where he was involved in search and rescue, migrant interdiction, law enforcement, ports and waterway coastal security, vessel inspection, and pollution control.

Brantly and his wife, Amber, have been married since 2009 and have two children. Brantly is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with his children and his extended family. He also enjoys traveling with Amber and playing golf.

Michael is honored to be the operations leader at Zeno. He began his business career in sales at Reynolds and Reynolds (a technology company focused on the automotive industry)  During his time there, he held many positions, including Sales Director, Area Vice President of Sales, and VP of Strategic Planning.  He also served as a national accounts sales leader for ADP. Although he has a long track record of success in sales and sales leadership; he decided to make the transition to an operations role by becoming the Executive Minister / COO for GCR Church in Midland, TX.  After 6 years serving in that role, he became the Executive Vice President of Operations for an energy services company and was serving in that position when Dale and Brantly invited him to join the team at Zeno. He says the main reason for coming to Zeno was their crystal-clear focus and adherence to their core values.

Michael and his wife Wendy have 3 boys, 3 daughters-in-law, and 2 grandchildren and have lived in Midland since 2013.
